Common questions
- My code didn't scan. Codes rotate automatically — show the fresh one on your screen, or read staff the 6-digit number. If the screen says you're too far from the gym, step inside the building and try again.
- I was charged for an extra gym. Your first gym each day is included; a second gym the same day is a per-visit add-on, always priced on screen before you confirm. If something looks wrong, email us — we'll check the ledger.
- How do I cancel? Profile → Manage plan → Cancel membership. Monthly plans keep full access until the end of the period you paid for.
- How do I delete my account? From Profile in the app, or email us and we'll do it.
