The short version

We collect what we need to run a gym membership: who you are, your plan, and your check-ins. We use your location once, at the moment you check in, to confirm you're at the gym — and we don't store your coordinates. We don't sell your data and we don't track you across other apps or websites.

What we collect

• Account: phone number, name, email, and date of birth (members must be 18+).
• Membership: your plan, billing state, and payment history. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers.
• Check-ins: which partner gym you visited and on what date. Gym staff see your name and profile photo (if you add one) when they validate your entry.
• Location, at check-in only: when you request an access code, your device sends its current position once so we can confirm you're at the gym. We compare it and discard it — we do not store your coordinates, we never collect location in the background, and we don't build location history.
• Profile photo (optional): shown to front-desk staff to verify entry.
• Waitlist: if you join the waitlist on our site, we keep your email to contact you about launch.

What we don't do

• No selling or renting your personal information.
• No advertising trackers, no cross-app tracking, no data brokers.
• No background location, ever.
• Your access codes are stored hashed and are never written to logs.

Who sees what

Partner gyms see your name, photo, membership tier, and your visits to their gym — that's how they get paid. They never see your phone number, email, birthday, payment details, or your visits to other gyms.

Where your data lives

Our service runs on Cloudflare's platform in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit. Access codes and session tokens are stored hashed.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from Profile in the app, or by contacting us. Deletion removes your profile, photo, and personal details. Financial records we're legally required to keep (like payout ledgers) are retained without your personal identifiers where possible.
